PastorMichael McGuire
Pastor Mike provides vision, teaching, and pastoral care for Hope Community Church. His passion is to help people grow spiritually and encounter Jesus in a meaningful way.
Pastor Mike and his wife Kelly serve Hope Community Church with a shared passion to help people discover the hope found in Jesus Christ and build meaningful relationships within a life-giving community. Both attended Gateway College of Evangelism, where their love for ministry and commitment to serving others was strengthened.
Pastor Mike has been a licensed minister for over 20 years and currently also serves as a chaplain with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, providing spiritual care and support to first responders and the community. Throughout their years in ministry, Michael and Kelly have faithfully served together in many different capacities, working side by side to encourage, disciple, and help others grow in their faith.
Together they are the proud parents of two children and are deeply committed to building a church family where people can encounter God, experience authentic community, and discover their purpose in Christ.
Associate PastorAdam C. Dennis
Adam C. Dennis serves as Associate Pastor and his wife, Sarah, serves as Creative Director at Hope Community Church. He received his ministerial license in with the United Pentecostal Church International in 2020. They have a passion for teaching the Word of God, helping people grow into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, and helping others feel a part of the family of God.
Adam grew up in Steele, Missouri, and Sarah grew up in South St. Louis. Both were raised in an Apostolic family where a love for God and His Church were taught and exampled. Over the years, both have served in many areas of ministry including Sunday School, music, teaching, discipleship, marriage ministry, and men’s & ladies ministry.
Adam and his wife, Sarah, met at church in St. Louis and were married in 2005. Together they enjoy hospitality, opening their home to others for a meal and game night, and are raising their three daughters: Abigail, Amelia, and Adalia.
